Refund policy

We want you to love your Saints in Bloom purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
To start a return, please email us at saintsinbloomllc@gmail.com with RETURN in the subject-line and your order number. In the body of the email please provide the reason for the return along with photos if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees, if applicable). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
